原理是==康铜丝作电流采样,运放放大再比较控制光耦拉低基准电压实现控制电流==
由于输出自带3NMOS并联组成的电子开关可考虑用其代替康铜丝但存在以下问题
1. 内阻太低并联后的总内阻约2/3=0.7mR一般康铜丝阻值在数mR以上
2. 内阻不恒定MOS内阻随负载变化很小Vgs>=5V随温度变化略大手册显示单MOS在20-80度范围内差值约0.5mR
故如考虑替换,需满足
1. 加强MOS管的散热处理减小温漂
2. 负载主要为大电流情形,或对限流精度要求不高的情形
